Generally, a 4x6/5x7/6x8/8x10/11x14 frame usually refers to the image size the frame will fit. 4x6/5x7/6x8/8x10/11x14 inch will not be the visible size, cause visible size can’t be the same size as image and glass size since the glass would fall through.

The paper inside the picture frame is only for illustration, the image the frame actually comes with may differ on website.

If it is a canvas card maybe, but the frame is for a card stock or photo print cut to dimensions.

Yes, normally a real glass protector is included. If you don't need the glass, please message us before place the order.

Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file once the refund has been issued by us. Please allow 3-7 business days for the monies to appear on your account.
